I contacted Freddie Diaz after his many referrals from the Bonita Facebook group. He responded promptly to my texts and messages. My problem was a blockage in an in-ground drain line. We discussed several solutions and settled on angering a portion of the line. Once that was completed we discussed the next steps that needed to be taken. I felt that I could do the rest myself, and Freddie felt the same way. After several days of trying to complete the job, I gave up and called Freddie to come back. He was surprised to hear from me, but showed up that afternoon to dicuss options. He suggested I give it one last try and lo an d behold I managed to clear the last plug. I didn't have to have Freddie return, but will be giving him a call If I have any future plumbing issues.

Freddie was recommended to me by a real estate friend, they’re always a great resource for home stuff! He responded to my call right away and came to my home as soon as he was available, thankfully it was the same day. It was a simple fix, clogged drain and I tried the usual stuff myself but it didn’t work well enough. I just wanted to get someone out to my house to fix it properly. Sure enough, Freddie was in and out fairly quickly. I would call him again for my plumbing needs. Thanks again Freddie!

Freddie is a honest, caring, and thoughtful person. His work ethic is exceptional. He is clear in his communication and lays out options for you to consider concerning whatever work you need done. He has cleaned a clogged drain for me and installed a vanity and sink. Perhaps most valuable to me is that he helped out an elderly neighbor struggling with a backed up plumbing system at the last minute, at my request, without hesitation. This act of kindness sealed it for me. I highly recommend him.

I had a plumbing emergency and Freddie from PLUMBING INTL was able to help us out. I was doing a toilet repair and somehow things got worse with the repair. He came out and unclogged the line. I'm not sure how far down the pipe was clogged, but he had the right tools. After he cleared the line, he even gave me advice on how to finish my repairs to make things easier in case I ever have a clogged pipe in the future. This is a pictures of the finished product and the clean out plug he suggested I add. I'm grateful for PLUMBING INTL and will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend PLUMBING INTL. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give them a 100!

We have a flat rate price. Our employees are paid by the hour. Zero commission based model. We have no incentive to upsell or over price your job. One quote, one price to fix your problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Plumbers have a 4-5 year state registered apprenticeship completion. We hire true Journeymen Plumbers so you can be comfortable knowing we don't just give guys a van and teach them sales techniques
How did you get started doing this type of work?
All our team has completed a 5 year Plumbing apprenticeship.
