- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each property is unique and the amount of work and use of resources required varies greatly from property to property. Mostly, our management fee ranges from 3% to 6.5% of the monthly gross income received. (I.e., If your property's income is $20,000 per month, with at 5% management fee our cost is $1,000 per month.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We discuss goals and objectives for the property in detail in order to prepare a game plan for success. Once hired, we do the majority of the work for the management transition including notifying tenants, vendors, reviewing lease files, etc. We can set up a new account in less than a week. Our clients are welcome to be as involved or as little involved with their properties as they wish.
