While my first interaction with First Garage Door and Gate was disappointing - the initial technician was not polite and walked away when I tried to negotiate- Jonathan, the owner, completely turned the situation around. He personally followed up with me, came out the very next day, and changed my entire perception of the company. Jonathan was courteous, kind, polite, and highly professional - the complete opposite of my earlier experience.
