- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may be flexible for quantity orders. Comment/revisions phases are included within reason. Changes to the original deliverables request may incur additional costs. But I would explain way in advance, in case we can avoid anything extra, and I would never move on to any additions that I would expect extra for without your approval
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With the ******************, I can get all the needed info from you to give a bid and delivery timeline. Then, throughout the projec, I send imagery for review/comments all along the way so I do not head off in the wrong direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA Degree in Studio art and 3 decades Adobe Creative Suite , 3DSmax and COrelDraw professional and instructor.
