FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate on a contingency fee basis. We will advance all of your fees, so you don’t need to worry about paying out of pocket. And if we don’t win you a favorable verdict or settlement, you don’t pay. We also offer a free no-obligation consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your journey begins with a free, no-obligation consultation. Whether by phone, video call, or in person, we make getting the guidance you need easy and convenient. Once we confirm that your case qualifies, we’ll send you a retainer agreement. Our digital E-Sign system allows you to sign quickly and conveniently from anywhere. Once you choose us as your legal advocates, we will start building your case immediately. Our Property Damage Team assists with rental cars, expediting vehicle repairs, and negotiating fair compensation for totaled vehicles. We can help connect you with top medical specialists in your area, allowing you to choose the best possible care for your injuries. We will gather all medical records, police reports, bills, and case evidence to present a strong demand to the insurance company. We work to lower your outstanding medical bills so that you recover the most compensation possible. Before we can disburse your funds, you’ll need to sign a release agreement finalizing the settlement terms. Once your case is resolved, we ensure you get the settlement proceeds quickly. We’ll also send you a closing statement with a full breakdown of the settlement distribution.
