FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a contingency fee, which means you pay absolutely nothing upfront. There are no hourly fees, no retainers, and no out-of-pocket costs. I only get paid if I win your case, and my payment comes from the final settlement — not from your pocket. If you don’t win, you don’t owe me anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is fast and simple: Free consultation to learn what happened and answer your questions. I immediately take over all communication with the insurance companies so you don’t have to deal with them. I help arrange medical treatment right away, even if you don’t have health insurance. I personally investigate, document, and build your case. I negotiate aggressively for the maximum settlement and keep you updated every step of the way. You work directly with me, not a case manager.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my law degree from Cooley Law School and passed the California State Bar in 2009. Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years focusing exclusively on personal injury law, representing injured clients in vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and complex negligence cases.
