I've had several trainers over the years but none have been as effective as Shoshanna. From the initial consultation, Shoshanna listened to my challenges, health-related issues, what my current work out program and daily meals have been and where I want to be in the next 60/90 days. From that meeting, Shoshanna developed an effective workout schedule and provided me with a daily meal plan. I'm happy to say that I've lost 8.6 lbs and 6% in body fat over 5 weeks and going strong. In addition, there hasn't been one day where Shoshanna hasn't sent me a text to check on me and to see how I'm feeling. I have met with Shoshanna twice now. The first time for going over goals, getting my weight/body fat checked. The second time, she had an insanely excellent workout for me. All the equipment was set up and ready to go for me (at 5:30 a.m. no less). No running around trying to grab equipment. She was prepared and ready for me. And... on top of that ... before the end of the day, she sent me a diet to follow. I was not expecting that! I have had my share of trainers. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Please check out my instagram @shoshannafitness for more info on me. Have 1 Month or 2 Month programs with 2x a week or 3x a week training sessions. PT sessions are an hour, progress pics and measurements, includes a personalized workout program, check ins, accountability, cardio program and diet help (my Equinox rate is $130 an hour so this is a great deal, you get quality training with me for awesome results).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Will provide a half hour assessment, meet each other, assess mobility and see the gym. Before our meeting, I will email about ten questions to help me get to know you before the half hour session so I plan the best program for you based on goals, likes and past injuries and limitations to help you get results!
