About me: Full time personal training since 2011, helping a variety of clients reach their goals, assisted Billy Blanks with Tae Bo classes, competed as a NPC competitor from 2017-2020, earned IFBB bikini pro card in 2020 and competed for two years as a pro.

- 4, 8, or 12 week transformation programs based on goals: weight loss, toning, sculpting physique with muscle, and glute building.
- Private or Shared sessions which are discounted. Including an unlimited shared training program.
- Online training programs available, includes workouts with my training app, diet and cardio plan, check ins, coaching calls, motivation and accountability.

DOG SERVICES (walking, boarding) Available after September 15
Give your dog the care and attention they deserve with my premium dog boarding services or drop ins and walks. I have owned dogs for over 17 years and have my own. I have two fenced in yard and have a cozy home away from home during your travels, I provide a safe, loving environment where your dog will feel right at ease. I am dedicated to keeping your furry friend active, happy, and well-cared for, with personalized attention that ensures their needs are met. Trust me to be there when you can’t, and give your dog the ultimate experience in comfort and care!
I do have my own dog so as long as your dog gets along with medium sized dogs, happy to serve and take care of your fur baby.
