- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will provide a half hour assessment, meet each other, assess mobility and see the gym. Before our meeting, I will email about ten questions to help me get to know you before the half hour session so I plan the best program for you based on goals, likes and past injuries and limitations to help you get results!
