FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal training sessions are $70 per session. Semi-personal training is available for $45 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I first like to set up a free consultation. This allows us to meet, talk about goals, run through an assessment to make sure I cater the program to their wants and needs, and find a financial plan that works best for everyone. Then, we get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up playing numerous sports and engaging in various physical activities. In college I continued by playing intramural volleyball and taking up hiking. After college I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance which shifted my efforts into high gear, to figure out how to be the healthiest and best version of myself. It was around that time I realized I wanted to help others for a living, and since then I've been working with both male and female clients of all ages to achieve their goals. I currently hold a degree in communications (not a shy one!) and a Personal Training certificate through the American College of Sports Medicine. I hold am an ACE Fitness certified Health coach, and do continuing education through the ACE to stay on top of my craft. In my exercise history, I've trained in barre, floor Pilates, yoga, and I currently crossfit and box, so I have knowledge in all areas to keep programs fresh and interesting!
