- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$125.00 = Individual psychotherapy per 50 minute hour $135 = Couples and family therapy per 50 minute hour $300 = monthly rate which covers two 50 minute sessions - depending on treatment needs. This rate may have limitations for days, times, and availability
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly attending training and continuing education in the therapy field. Some areas I have received training in are emotionally focused therapy, sex addiction, emotional freedom techniques, bereavement certification, motivational interviewing, non-medication methods for managing chronic pain, and further training in parenting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew with family and friends who struggled with mental illness and addiction. As a young man, I felt really helpless and didn't know what to do. I realized in time I was really affected by some of my childhood experiences and found comfort and support in therapy. It still amazes me to this day that I can actually feel better by talking to another human being. More specifically, with a therapist I was able to receive validation and feel listened to in a way that gave me safety and security like I had never know before.
