We try to provide the best experience for the customers, so we have a wide range of service packages for every kind of event with different budgets. We always suggest asking us about our customized packages, hourly rates, additional costs, and payment terms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation: The first step is typically an initial consultation with the client to discuss their needs and objectives for the project. During this consultation, we ask questions to gain a better understanding of the client's vision for the project and determine the scope of the work. 2. Proposal: After the initial consultation, the we will typically prepare a proposal outlining the scope of the project, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. The proposal may include a detailed description of the project, along with samples of previous work. 3. Contract: If the client agrees to the proposal, the next step is to sign a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the project. The contract will typically include details on the project timeline, payment terms, and ownership of the final product. 4. Pre-Production: Once the contract is signed, the videography company will begin the pre-production phase, which may include activities such as scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, and casting. 5. Production: The production phase involves filming or recording the video content according to the agreed-upon plan. This may involve multiple days of filming or recording, depending on the scope of the project. 6. Post-Production: After filming is complete, we will begin the post-production phase, which involves editing and refining the video content. This may include activities such as video editing, sound design, color correction, and special effects. 7. Final Delivery: Once the final video content is complete, we will deliver the final product to the client. This may include a digital download, physical media, or hosting the content on a platform such as Vimeo or YouTube or Clouds.
