About

I am a pastry chef, baking and cooking instructor. I bake to order for your special events, anything from pies, or custom cookies to wedding cakes. I also teach baking and cooking classes. Group classes are taught at a local kitchen that's perfect for up to 8 students. There are scheduled classes, and additional classes can be added with a minimum of 4 students. Classes can also be arranged in your home. It can be either one-on-one or with a group of your family and friends. All classes are hands-on, and recipes will be given in class.
