Working with Atlas has been a wonderful experience. Scott is very responsive, often getting back to me in less than 15-20 minutes. We got six different quotes and his was the cheapest by far and when I mentioned some of the features from the other companies, he went out of his way to get us exactly what we were looking for. And the best part is that he was still considerably cheaper even with the extra features. His crew were also very professional. They answered all of questions, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and were so fast. The whole thing took about five hours to do windows for the whole house. And wow do the windows look great. The sound is greatly improved and I swear the whole house feels 10 degrees cooler. We couldn’t be happier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size and amount of windows and /or doors that are needed as well as the installation requirements. Each situation is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to take them through the quality features of our windows, explain in detail our installation process and what to expect, take window measurements and then provide them with an estimate of what their investment looks like. What we do not do is pressure our prospective customers to make a decision on the spot. Although we would like to win the opportunity, we understand replacing windows is an investment that needs and requires an informed decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State Licensed General Contractor. Between ownership and our installers we have well over 75 years of experience.
