Taylor is an absolutely fantastic yoga teacher with a wonderfully warm, centered, and approachable teaching style. Her classes were some of the first that I attended, and their accessibility kept me coming back to the studio. A few years later, and with a much more developed personal practice of my own, her classes remain some of my favorites whether I’m looking to recover from a more vigorous practice or training with a restorative class, indulge in a slow flow for its own sake, or just find a moment of peace and relaxation in a busy week. Do yourself and your practice a favor and check her out!

Taylor is a gifted yoga teacher! I have experienced class with Taylor in both virtual and in-person formats, and she really has a talent for creating a welcoming and non-judgmental practice space for her students. What I love about her teaching style is that she gives her students room to explore their individual relationship with yoga in each class. She is skilled in guiding deeply meditative and relaxing classes as well as more vibrant flows.

Taylor is one of the best yoga instructors that I've had. As a gay man I sometimes feel uncomfortable in a yoga class. Taylor has always made me felt at home in the space and her assists are welcomed. She is great and building consent around assists and I've always trusted that she would not violate that consent.

Taking a restorative yoga class with Taylor is an experience like no other. Her calming energy, soothing voice, and clear instruction are an invitation to relax your body and mind. Taylor's knowledge of yogic philosophy and asana are apparent in her teaching but she has a way of sharing her wisdom in an easy and accessible manner. Her kindness and sense of humor shine through her teaching. You will leave Taylor's class refreshed and ready to take on the challenges of daily life.

Taylor is clearly on her way to becoming a master of her craft. I don’t say this lightly, as I’ve been to literally hundreds of yoga classes across the country and internationally also. She has an intuitive sense knowledgeable understanding of gentle yoga that, given enough time, I believe will make her one of the leading voices for a pocket of yoga that needs more attention in the mainstream: gentle, slowing down, yin. I felt a sense of respect and trust in Taylor’s ability from the first class I’ve gone to and onward. I recommend you try one of her classes. You’ll be blissed out!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Depending on where you live, session prices may be vary from what’s listed, and I can offer multi-session discounts if you’re looking to build a regular practice. Let’s talk!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We connect here and discuss when and where sessions should happen, and during our first session we may take some additional time to discuss what you need, then dive into practice. I encourage folks to be really clear and vocal about what you want so we can make sure the practice serves you best! That said, I will also use my experience as teacher to see how your body holds postures and my intuition to build a practice that is ideal for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Something that sets me apart is the amount of time I have spent in advanced and continuing education trainings! All teachers have a 200hr yoga teacher training, but teachers are not required to do additional trainings beyond that!
