We needed a new LG washtower installed in our home but also needed it to be hauled up two separate flights of stairs and have the old machine taken away as well. David and Erik were on time, worked very hard getting the machine up all the stairs and installed into a closet/nook thing and did a great job overall. Due to the narrow stairs and heavy machines, there were some scuffs left on the wall from their dolly but those were easily cleaned with a magic eraser, and unfortunately there were some scratches left on my flooring even though they did try their best to be as careful as possible. The new washer and dryer are extremely heavy so I get it, we weren’t going to have 100% no damage whatsoever so we can accept it as the cost of getting new machines. If I could do it again, I would have laid down a protective layer taped to the floor. Anyway, the new machine also started giving us a “D80” error about airflow being blocked so they came back a few days later to fix my dryer vent that was on the roof and now everything is working great. I wouldn’t hesitate to call David again if I need any other appliance repair or install in the future, he was very nice, personable and communicative. I give Steve’s Appliance Repair an A rating. Thanks again!

David and Malachi did an excellent job of installing my new stackable washer under my old stackable dryer! Thank goodness for Steve's appliances. I have had two appliance companies prior and they, as well as the Home Depo delivery and installation people, were unable to help me. I have had a new washer in my living room for a week. I explained my predicament to David and he was able to come that afternoon. What a relief to have these men to find a solution!

David was quick to respond and showed up at the set time, and diagnose the problem ordered the part and returned and fixed It. Price was reasonable, very professional and a very nice guy. He is my appliance man, from this day forward.

Great repairman, knew exactly what to do and how to fix it, no problem, very polite, only charged $249. less than 2 hours work. Others wanted to charge $500 or more!! Highly recommend. Will call him again if I need appliance repair!!
