First off, Alfred is the nicest guy and so easy to communicate with. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of construction. When out to merely estimate some projects he didn’t hesitate to jump in when he saw something that was an issue. For example, we have quite a large hole in our exterior stucco from a vent pipe that was removed. He immediately pointed out the impending issues with it, looked in our shed for a quick solution on the spot and found a foam spray and did a temporary seal to help avoid potential rodents from entering. He could have easily pointed out the problem with its exposure and moved on. I had him back to work on a few projects and when time was running out to get to his next appointment he still completed the tasks perfectly and without haste. To add, he was patient and flexible with my hectic schedule.

Alfred and Anthony did a great job repairing the wall in my bathroom. They also came up with a good solution for my sink vanity that was too short. Their price was reasonable and the work they performed was good quality. They were also incredibly kind and professional.

Very glad I was able to have Fred assist me on one of my house projects. Since the beginning, Fred was very professional and responsive. He had a “can do” and positive attitude in making sure to meet my needs. Accepted my request last minute on one-day notice and arrived on time at my property. I can’t say enough of how satisfied I was. Very friendly and offered me various options in solving some of my house tasks. When he stepped in, he even was aware and respectful to ask if he should take off his shoes to be mindful of my flooring. One of the projects he helped me with was removing multiple amount of my blinds to transfer them to other rooms, since my girlfriend and I plan on getting new drapes or shutters. Not only he paid attention to detail and was very careful, he even patiently taught me how to do it myself. Definitely a great value for my buck and I’m very appreciative of his integrity and willingness to go the extra mile in assisting me in organizing and cleaning up when finished. He is such an honest and diligent handyman. I will definitely reach out to him again for any future projects. Trust me everyone. Fred will not let you down. Professional, punctual, proactive, friendly, honest, efficient and patient in making sure I learned along the way. And I’m a guy with minor OCD who always ask my contractors too many questions. Simply put, an overall excellent service. He exceeded my expectations. Thanks Fred!
