He was willing to workout something to repair a leak on a rainy day. Sure, we would hold it off until it stopped raining. But he answered our call and got things going. Which is helpful.

Francisco was prompt in responding, communicated well, and was efficient in his work. My wiring issue was more complicated than I first thought, thus it required Francisco to come out to my apartment several times. That said, he was clear in communicating what the issues were and in explaining what had to be done to finish the job correctly.
Handyman is not an accurate description of Francisco and the quality of his work. He is a skilled tradesman who provides top quality work for handyman prices. He is knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. We had a really good experience and plan on using him for our next project
