I needed to get a second appraisal for my home that is on the market . I was obviously looking for one that that wasn’t going to a lot of money but I had resigned myself to at least $300 . Hector reached out to me and offered an alternative, that even I working for the bank forgot about BPO . Significantly less expensive $65.00 and was exactly what I needed. Hector’s turn around time super fast!

Hector indeed help me acquire my dream home after spending 3 months of searching and changing my search criteria, I finally found my dream home. Not only did I get the house at a great price, but it was in a great location. I was very pleased with his professional services. I also enjoyed that despite calling late he would respond and assist. He was never rude and made an effort to work around my schedule. He was very resourceful and would provide with daily information especially with my situation to prepare for my move at a short noticed. He would go out of his way providing information that can save you thousands of dollars in buying your property (especially first time buyers such as myself). I would highly recommend Hector anytime the opportunity arise.
