- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's a one-hour session, plus I give you homework which is a lot of fun, promise :) We can have as many sessions a week as you like. I start people with an 8-session training course, where I meet you once a week for an hour. That way I can tailor the training to your situation, your dog, and your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to understand what parts of the dogs behavior can be improved. I tailor the exercises and training based on the dogs likes and the owners schedule to make it as efficient as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied with a Master trainer Jonathan Klein for two years. He vetted me to get nationally certified. My dog students and I have been on national TV.
