Our old TV was 75 inches and the new one was 85 inches, so they ensured they had two technicians available to assist with the installation. This was for a business setting, and the TV needed to integrate with network devices and cameras, which added another layer of coordination.

Before the appointment, I explained that my dad was not a professional and had only attempted to help me. However, the installer used the existing holes without discussing placement with me or confirming where I wanted the TV mounted.
Because I had another appointment and was rushing, I did not thoroughly inspect the work before the installer left. In hindsight, I should have done so, which is why I am giving two stars instead of one.
Additional issues included not cleaning up after the installation, charging me for parking without discussing that cost beforehand, and not installing the wire concealment items I had purchased in advance. The TV was also not plugged in or tested before the job was completed.
Afterward, I reached out and asked whether the TV could be lowered, but I did not receive a response.
My recommendation is to make sure you have enough time to review the completed work and confirm all details before the installer leaves.
