- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of the work is determined after an on-site visit or after providing complete information about the task (preferably with photos). In cases where the scope of work cannot be determined, an hourly rate is agreed upon with the client. Payment is made upon completion of all work, after you have had a chance to confirm the quality of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client initiates the process by sending a message with a description of the upcoming tasks. The message should include possible additional services that may arise during the work process, such as material procurement, delivery, cleaning, and others. If the client cannot provide this information, we arrange a convenient time for a meeting at the location where the work will be carried out. During this meeting, measurements are taken, the scope of work is assessed, and the final cost is determined. On-site visits within 10 miles of Culver City are free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified swimming pool technician. For the past 8 years in Ukraine, I have been involved in the construction and maintenance of swimming pools, as well as providing comprehensive related services during the construction of sports complexes.
