Hi our dishwasher had issues and Kaplan came to inspect it on a Saturday within a few hours. He was very helpful and gave us great service. Highly recommend it.

Alax is on the spot! He showed up after a brief phone conversation, and had all the tools to correct the problem in 10 minutes flat! This guy knows his stuff and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Very efficient service. They dx'ed, sourced parts and had my 15-year-old in-apartment dryer up and running quickly. Good communication, too. Would definitely look to them for future repairs on my apartment's aging appliances!

My oven was broken and this was the first place i called to get it repaired... Kaplan was the repair guy and he was great! he fixed my oven in under 30 minutes and then when the oven was acting up again, came back and fixed it in the middle of his busy day... love this place wouldn't go anywhere else.
