- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer better pricing for recurring cleanings, but the first cleaning is always at the regular rate. This allows us to assess the space and ensure a thorough initial service. There are no hidden fees — everything is included unless discussed beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually don’t require an in-person visit beforehand. Once we understand the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need, we schedule the service at a convenient time. We're happy to communicate via phone, text, or message to go over any details or preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several years of hands-on experience in the cleaning industry. We started out working in hotel cleaning, then moved on to work for a residential cleaning company. During that time, we gained valuable experience and learned how to deliver high-quality, detailed service. After consistently receiving great feedback from clients, we decided to start our own cleaning business. Our background taught us the importance of professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
