Introduction: Hello! My name is Crystal. I offer Wedding and Event Management, Day of Coordination, and Planning. Additional services include Content Creation and Photobooth services. We start working with a couple up to 3-6 months before the wedding and organize/continue to assist with all that the couple has planned to that point. We come in the day-of the Wedding and make sure the day moves from A-Z flawlessly. Our package includes: ✨Oversees and manages Wedding Day installation  at ceremony and reception. ✨Assists bride and groom with the creation of a detailed itinerary/timeline.  ✨Oversees and manages the thorough follow through of the itinerary/timeline the day of the Wedding. ✨Reviews itinerary with vendors, photographer, DJ, etc and works closely with MC/DJ to ensure the itinerary follow through . ✨Reception walk through of the venue with the bride/groom prior to the wedding to help arrange floor plan, seating, decor, timeline, etc.  ✨Oversees/manages Vendors in arrival and set up. ✨Point of contact for Vendors and Guests the day of the Wedding.  ✨Organizes and coordinates ceremony and ceremony rehearsal (2 hrs- as needed)  ✨Facilitates a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.  ✨Cues entrances, first dance, family dances, speeches, dinners, toasts, bouquet/grater toss, performances, cake cutting, etc. ✨Organization and distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages for wedding party and family. ✨Ensures that all items such as cake topper/knife, place cards, party favors, guest book, (etc.) get to the ceremony and reception and are set up. ✨Assists with organizing seating arrangements, party favors, menu cards, photos, candy bar.
✨Handling of payment distributions/tips the day of the wedding to vendors.  ✨Ensure gifts, cards, personal items and any other important items go to designated car at the end of the night. ✨Assists Wedding guests and Wedding party as needed.
✨Supervision, Management and Coordination the day of the Wedding ✨Fulfill any special/specific tasks or requests of the bride/groom throughout the day.   ✨1 Coordinator, 1 Assistant ✨ 10 -12 hours of service on your event day depending on consultation with Coordinator Up to 2 in person meetings with Coordinator prior to event day, unlimited communication via talk, text, email. Crystal and her team were incredible to work with! Cool, calm, and professional, she smoothly coordinated all aspects of the wedding from our multiple food vendors, to 9 piece band, to stiltwalkers! She was even mindful enough to grab me (the groom) away from guests to sit down and eat before we partied the rest of the night away. Total lifesaver and highly recommend!

Crystal and her team did a fantastic job on our celestial/constellation themed wedding. We hired her about 6 months before our target date yet that was no issue for her. She was able to take care of all our needs from decor, venue, outfits, dj, food and beverage vendor wrangling and day of coordination even with us being indecisive with some of the details. We couldn't have done it without Crystal and her amazing team! Thank you so much for all your hard work our event turned out amazing.

Book Crystal so you can enjoy your wedding without a care in the world! I booked Crystal (and her helper Kristen) for Day of Coordinating and our wedding went so smoothly. Crystal went over the game plan pre-ceremony and she knew how to see future problems and solve them before there was even an issue. She's super communicative, available via text, and was just such an asset for our special day. I want Crystal to run my life!

CONS -After paying I talked with Crystal Nguyen and was under the impression she was going to be my coordinator, a day before my rehearsal she told me she could not make it to the rehearsal and paired me with a very inexperienced wedding coordinator Alicia Nguyen. Her idea was for Alicia to come to my rehearsal and for Crystal to be the coordinator for my wedding. I got upset telling them how it makes sense for the coordinator on the wedding day to not be at my rehersal?! In that case I would rather not have them at all and get someone else all together!!! -Since my wedding coordinator was 20 years old with 7 months of experience the rehearsal was a disaster, she kept getting confused on what I wanted, rehearsal took 2 hours and people were still confused -Crystal did not brief Alicia on what I wanted for the rehearsal which also contributed to it being a disaster. I am not even sure if Crystal asked me what I wanted for the day of the rehearsal. -Communication was horrible, I tell them what I want and they forget and do not do it for example, I specifically told Crystal and Alicia several times when I wanted the singer to start singing it was their job to nod to the singer when he should start singing. They failed miserably. I paid for a singer to be there and wanted the singer to start singing before Crystal and Alicia opened the doors to my entrance. I am most upset they ruined that moment for me. -If you book Alicia and Crystal be prepared for Alicia to call you several times during your wedding to fix issues, I rather her call me than her fix it on her own because she had horrible suggestions for example she suggested to cut cocktail hour in half which would not give me and my husband any time to take pictures together. Since they messed up how many chairs were in each table she suggested that everyone sit wherever they wanted. -I specifically asked Crystal to be the lead coordinator and paid extra for her to be there and instead she still had Alicia be the lead coordinator and Crystal was not really involved, she checked on me a couple of times -At the end of the night they put everything together very messily, a lot of things were broken -PSA IF THEY TRY TO PAIR YOU WITH ALICIA ASK FOR A DISCOUNT SINCE SHE IS VERY INEXPERIENCED PROS -they help you with the timeline of the wedding -they keep you to the timeline if the wedding on the day of -Alicia was sweet just very inexperienced I don't blame her I blame Crystal -I paid around $1,400 for both Crystal and Alicia for the whole day so that is affordable, but I do wish I would have went with another company -They helped put everything away at the end of the night, but my family said they were very stressed not sure if they were stressing my family out or what happened just know they were there to put everything away themselves but my family probably helped so that stressed them out
