- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the level of coaching or training you need. I offer packages for single sessions as well as discounted multi-session bundles for clients who are committed to long-term growth. There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly outlined upfront so you know exactly what you’re investing in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consultation to understand your goals, experience level, and any challenges you’re facing. From there, I design a personalized plan that’s realistic, measurable, and motivating. Whether you’re training for a specific goal, building confidence, or just starting out, we’ll set milestones and track your progress together. Communication is a big part of my process — I want you to feel supported every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been formally trained as a lifeguard, water polo coach, and swim instructor, with certifications in water safety and CPR. Beyond certifications, I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience teaching swimming, coaching athletes, and leading training programs.
