Terry made my adult swimming lessons worthwhile. We only had 4 hours, but she made me really comfortable in the water. She can accurately pin point the things that you need to improve on. I highly recommend her.

Eric helped me increase strength and muscle mass, which I never imagined was possible. He was able to work around my back issues and work schedule. Before meeting him, I suffered from various back aches and pain. Through his exercise program and workout schedule, the aches and pain significantly decreased. He was able to work around meeting between the gym and pool. I am most grateful for him teaching me how to swim and getting me over my water fear. never thought I would ever learn how to swim! Every session had its challenges, but they were always fun. Words can not express my graditude to Eric!

Katie tailored my private yoga lessons to alleviate symptoms of my chronic autoimmune disorder. She is patient, sympathetic and, most of all, kind. She listens actively and asks great questions -- her ability to communicate well greatly enhanced my experience with her.

My 3 year old loves the water, but it takes him rather long to warm up to new people. My husband and I were both incredibly surprised when we saw how well he concentrates during his lessons. He made such good progress and, more importantly, he has a lot of fun. When we take him to the pool to play now he is actually disappointed when Miss Joanna isn't there to teach him... You can tell that she has a lot of experience and passion for the sports and knows how to inspire even the little ones. I highly recommend her.

My son did not know how to swim a week ago. He'd been in traditional swim lessons three different times over the years with no results. He completed a 4 day program with Pete through CReWS swimming and is now not only swimming, but water safe! It was so amazing to see that quick transition this past week. This method just completely clicked for him and he was swimming on his own day two! I'm so proud of him and so happy he is able to enjoy the water now and I owe it all to Pete. He knows the exact psychology behind survival and how that translates into being able to save your own life and in turn, swimming. I highly recommend this to anyone with kids. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my money on programs that didn't work prior to this. This program and one week is all you need!

We love Ami so much. She took my terrified child and turned him into a terrific little swimmer. This was no small feet, since my son was terrified from a prior swim instructor, whose techniques made him so fearful of the water. I highly recommend Ami. She is a mom of a young boy and so she gets how important it is to connect and build trust in the water. Don't look any further if you are looking to make your children water safe while still respecting their boundaries. Thank you Ami!!!

My 2 daughters who are 4 and 5 years old have been taking private swimming lessons at a nearby school. We've been going to the school for 3 years , spent so much money, switched to many different instructors without any real progress! My children have no concept of float/treading water or any water safety knowledge with that school after 3 long hopeless years!! Finally my husband was fed up and told me to look into a different school/approach as this school is not for us! I went on thumbtack, found Ms. Cheryl and decided to call her. I explained to her our situation and she assured me that my kids will be swimming after 5 lessons with her! I was skeptical and shocked to hear that , but was also hopeful to hear that! After talking to many instructors, we decided to give Ms. Cheryl a try and scheduled my children for lessons on July 10th. Let's just say the 1st lesson was not easy... as Ms. Cheryl is a no non-sense kind of teacher and will made sure our kids are comfortable in the water, putting their face in the water and opening their eyes under water. There were cries and screams and "I don't like swimming", but toward the end of the lesson, they were definitely more comfortable on the water. Ms. Cheryl taught them day 1 what to do if they accidentally fell in the pool and made sure they know how to save themselves... which I think is so important!! Fast forward to Friday, which is lesson #5, my 2 daughters are now jumping in the pool on their own, swimming By themselves -turning on their back when they get tired and know how to keep themselves afloat! I can't thank Ms. Cheryl enough for giving them the confidence in the water! Not To mention I can't thank her enough for teaching them how to swim in such a short amount of time!!! If you have kids who are afraid of water like mine, do yourself a favor and call Ms.Cheryl as you will not regret it! She is tough, but will deliver results.

I was able to take my swimming to a whole new level from lessons with Marc. Before I was muscling through the water and not manipulating my body to the best of my ability. With eight years of lessons I was able to achieve Olympic Trial cuts at a very young age, and later a scholarship to top Division I swim school. With out this private training, I would have been an average swimmer. With private training, I was able to take my swimming career to levels far beyond what I could have imagined. I recommend lessons with Marc because he offers top notch swimming knowledge and he utilizes many differentiated learning strategies to reach all types of learners. His background in teaching just proves his communication with his athletes is bar none.

About

I have been teaching private swim lessons for 12 years and have a deep passion for teaching others how to swim. I am very patient with my clients, yet know how to challenge them effectively in the water to help them improve their swimming skills more efficiently. Many adults that I teach need that time to build new neural pathways in their nervous system to achieve coordination and muscle memory if they are starting off as a non- swimmer with great fear of the water, so they need more time to adapt. People with no fear but need to learn proper technique take less time to learn, and children soak up new information like a sponge so their adaptability comes much easier than adults.

Robin is kind, patient and very knowledgable. I taught swimming for over a decade & my little one just refused to learn from me (despite being totally ready). Within 6 lessons with Robin, she was swimming across the pool, floating & swimming on get back and knew to blow bubbles & return to the wall or steps if she was too tired. The transformation has been wonderful to whiteness. THANKS ROBIN!!!!

Kristine did a great job with our kids. She handled their reluctance and fear and made the lessons fun. The kids are now swimming without floatation devices and we feel much safer when they are around the pool. We have recommended her to several friends. Thank you so much Kristine!!!
