I recently had the pleasure of working with Ampereca service company that provided exceptional Sub-zero freezer repair services. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring that my freezer was running at its best.
The technicians were prompt and courteous, arriving on time and ready to tackle any challenge that came their way. They took the time to explain the issues with my freezer, as well as their recommended solutions, and were always happy to answer any questions I had.
What impressed me most about Ampereca was their attention to detail. They were meticulous in their work, ensuring that every part of my freezer was working perfectly before they left. They even went above and beyond by cleaning the area where they had been working, leaving my kitchen spotless.

something happened to my dishwasher drain, the water was not going down the pipe to the point dishwasher leaked during the last cycle. I called a few companies for the emergency, Jim was the one who responded fast and instantly fit me into his schedule. after he came and inspected the dishwasher he showed me where the problem was, I am not a professional but I could understand what happened, he priced the work very reasonably, luckily for me he had the parts for my dishwasher in his trunk. He also helped me to find and order the dishwasher rack wheels that I later could replace myself. overall I was very lucky to find this guy, will certainly keep his number for the future. if I could give Jim 5 out of 5 for work quality and punctuality as well I would have.

I am very grateful to the Ampereca service, guests came to us and our icemaker broke down. The technician identified the broken part. A day later, they called me back and scheduled a new appointment. My refrigerator is making ice again. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service!

Our experience with Ampereca was amazing. Our furnace is very old and really needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job installation and everyone was very professional. These guys can be trusted to do the job right. We would definitely use Ampereca again.
