Introduction: For cooking classes: One of my fortes is to quickly understand the next step for the student, and uncover their needs for comfort in the kitchen. And, we have fun together.... ages 10 to 100. For catering: I have fun, it shows. For personal chef, preparing your meals: I have constructed a questionnaire form that allows the client to express their likes and dislikes of foods, cuisines, spice levels, etc. Inspiring others to cook and eat good food.
