I’m sorry that the experience did not meet expectations. I always aim to be transparent and to provide safe, responsible solutions. In the original quote, I explained that if the hose was seized, it could be damaged during removal and additional work might be required. I also avoid repairing consumable parts such as leaking hoses, since temporary fixes can fail again and create a risk of water damage. When I arrived, the bidet had already been partially installed, the nut was scratched, there was water on the floor and inside a bag under the tank, and the tank itself was empty. I loosened the nut and properly completed the bidet installation, but the hose was leaking. After I recommended replacing the leaking toilet tank hose, the client chose not to proceed before a price was discussed and mentioned that apartment maintenance would handle the leak at no cost. The client preferred to reinstall the bidet themselves after maintenance fixed the leak and asked me to remove the installed parts. I never stated that I was unable to fix the leak, and I did not refuse to continue the work. The decision to stop the job was made by the client. Installation and removal were not included in the original quote, but I completed this additional work as a courtesy. I respect every client’s decision and always try to help in a professional and safe way.
