- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing simple and transparent. No hidden fees. For most small jobs, I charge an hourly rate, and for bigger tasks I can offer a flat quote. I’m always happy to explain the cost before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by asking for a few photos and a short description of the project. Once I understand the scope, I provide an estimate and agree on a time. I show up on schedule, complete the work, and make sure the customer is fully satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained through hands-on experience, working with tools daily and learning proper installation and repair techniques. I stay updated on modern hardware, mounting systems, and home maintenance standards.
