The tl,dr is George did a great job and I’d hire him again in a minute. I’m selling my home in Cupertino. It’s a relatively new home (7 years old) in an expensive neighborhood. I needed the following work done: - A complete downstairs repaint along with touch ups upstairs - Various repairs (smoke detectors, doors hung, etc.) - Cleaning pretty much everything including windows inside and out - Repairing the irrigation and sprinklers for both front and back yard - Carpet installation estimate - Hauling stuff away - Misc I don’t really remember. Due to some earlier scheduling snafus I needed all this work done ASAP. I had anticipated needing to work with multiple trades people to get all this done, and I needed it completed within a week to keep a staging appointment and photo shoot. I spent some time on the phone with George describing what I needed done. He felt capable of taking over the job and just finishing it. I agreed we could try, and he started first with getting a very competent handyman to my house. Following that success, he made (and kept)immediate scheduling commitments that would allow me to finish on time. For example, he had a painting estimate in my hand in hours and was able to schedule the work to start the next day. The quality of all the work was very good. Care was taken in paint matching for touch ups in the places where that was done. Downstairs was completely repainted and I feel no fear letting buyers see how nice it looks. I certainly hope others give George and his team an opportunity.
