Once the consultation is complete, we both will know what's needed to complete the task-at-hand, including: * completing the required work * decluttering * packing * storage * painting * tiling * flooring * carpentry * smaller renovations * landscaping * new light fixtures, etc. Information provided during initial consultation will help you to complete the work yourself, delegate aspects of the job to us, or give us the entire task list for Alpha One’s team to complete. Once we start, Alpha One will bring in skilled trades for painting, tiling, floor repairs, carpeting, etc., and minor renovations, professional cleaning, sorting items, organizing, and storing them. Pricing starts at $450 to $600 for a half-day, plus trades, expenses where required.
