Renat was a great pleasure to work with. I need a quick fix for a closet door to be converted to a Dutch door. What I envisioned would’ve taken a while to find online and shipped to my place and then installing would occur. Renat was able to envisioned out what I was saying and worked with the door I currently have. Very creative and happy with his work. I highly recommend.

Alex and team were very responsive and came the next day we needed to get a quote for the repairs. The team was patient and jotted down notes on all of the repairs we needed. They were also very honest about areas that might require a specialist. They took 2 days to complete all of the repairs and did an excellent job. They were also helpful in breaking down the costs for us. I would definitely call them up again if we need further repair works in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical job usually costs $80 an hour, which means installing a TV, shelves, curtains and other household chores that do not take much time. Also, large projects that take several days are discussed individually. I am also always glad to see my customers again and give a discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the client by phone I try to get more information about the work, estimate how long it will take and how much it will cost approximately if both parties are satisfied with everything the client leaves a deposit and I get to work I can also arrange delivery if necessary
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at the university for 6 years and worked as an engineer for the construction of oil storage facilities and equipment maintenance for 8 years
