- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typicaly, I am paid a commission from the seller or Sellers agent in a transaction. That rate is already negotiated with the listing agent and marketed in the mls. If I can't find you a property or sell yours, nothing is ever owed! Lastly, I donate 10% of every transaction to The Children's Miracle Network.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what their needs are and get them prequalified. Once prequalified for a home loan, we can shop for a property. Sometimes the client needs to wait a while & rent, which I can help direct them in the right area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience as a Realtor and 31 years as an investor in the housing market. In addition to this, my family owned & managed a 43 unit property that I assisted with when I was growing up.
