Introduction: Art of Living Foundation meditation centers operate in most metropolitan areas of the world. The foundation trains and certifies the best meditation practitioners to be its instructors. The foundation has standardized on how meditation is taught. Leading research Institutions are able to conduct research on the efficacy of Sahaj Samadhi Meditation because of the large pool of regular meditators and the standardized approach to teaching the technique. There are three instructors at the Cupertino center. We are professionals who volunteer our time to teach the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation technique at the center. We are regular meditators. The stories of transformation from our students inspire us to continue to teaching every month. We have been teaching at the center for over 10 years and have each taught over hundreds of students. Our instructors : Krishna Ramadas is a technologist and also an author. Suchitra Ramadas is an Ayurveda Wellness Practitioner. Tushar Whakharkar is a firmware engineer at a leading technology company based in Cupertino.

I remember I went into into the Art of Living Course not knowing what to expect but more out of figuring out a way to have some semblance of control in all aspects of a busy life. It was refreshing to see that the entire course was non-judgemental and in fact made me overtime realize that my out of control chaos was in fact perhaps normal. The breathing techniques and meditation practices are packed in small bites that you can carry with you every day at all places you end up in as part of your professional or personal life. I believe that regular practice has helped me not get carried away with the emotion of the moment in all aspects of my life. If you are just plain curious or seriously looking for ways to make your talents more effective and impactful at your work or in the community, try one of the introductory sessions and see if it is for you. We (Eswaran & Saraswathy) had heard that art of living programmes are good, in the sense that they help to clear stresses and make the person to look at things more calmly and dispassionately. Mr. Krishna Ramadas along with Mr. Nilesh Acharya in a wonderful and calm way, have dealt with every topic so well that things were understood well by everyone in the group. My wife's anxiety has reduced significantly and she has been able to get better sleep. After performing Sudarshana kriya over the last two weeks, I find my pulse which used to be 85-90 has now come down to 70 - 75. In view of the above I can confirm our goals are achieved to our expectations.

Had a wonderful experience with Art of Living. Great teachers that help you at every step. Art of living teaches great Yoga techniques, Sudarshan Kriya and Meditation. All these help both the mind and body. I have my focus and feel very peaceful. I would highly recommend there Happiness Program to everyone. They also offer Art Excel and Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES) courses for kids. Best gift you can give to yourself.
