I am super happy with this cleaning service. My mom had a renter move out and he left behind a GROSS mess. I could only three qualities on this app but all of the qualities of this company are amazing. It was a great value, they were very responsive, very professional, the quality of the cleaning was amazing! And they arrived right on time.
I will definitely be using them again and referring them.

We had Arnold cone to our home to deep clean a bathroom and bedroom that my niece and her boyfriend had been living in. OMG!!! Arnold did an amazing job!!!! I like things to be very clean but Arnold went above and beyond. I cant emphasize enough what a great job he did. Im so impressed that I plan on hiring him again in the near future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We send a description with the price, everything it’s upfront.
For the booking a $50 deposit it’s required, and for the cancellation within 24 hours the deposit is not refundable
Once the job is completed and inspected with the costumer the money won’t be refunded unless proves of wrongdoing is shown to us
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask to inspect the house from the moment I arrive and pay attention to the areas that requires more detailed work and try to do a good job using the right products
