Sam was extremely helpful in reviewing our home remodeling plans, and provided guidance about the options and questions to discuss with a contractors. He was very responsive (even late in the day and on the weekend), asked clarifying questions about the scope and rationale for the work, and gave clear and helpful recommendations. We had a great experience working with Sam, who is very responsive and flexible to make a plan that worked for us. We needed to do a drawing somewhat retrospectively for a carport that was already partially built, so it was important that we had minimal rework and yet working towards something that's compliant to code. Sam was very patient in getting all our requirements and worked closely with us through several iterations with creative ideas to make it work. We appreciate his overall communications and professionalism and would definitely work with him again!
