- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the home, condition, and type of cleaning (regular, deep, move-out). Deep cleanings cost more because they take more time. We offer better rates for weekly and biweekly services. There are no hidden fees, if something extra is needed, we always explain first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few questions about the home (bedrooms, bathrooms, condition). Then we send an estimate. Once approved, we schedule the service. We confirm the appointment before the day and stay in communication during the cleaning if needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience with residential cleaning, including regular, deep, and move-out cleanings. We’ve worked with different types of homes and understand what takes more time and attention. Our team is trained in standard house cleaning procedures and customer service
