Jackson is a professional in all respects. I was very pleased with his service and defineitely will use him in the future. He tuned and serviced my 40-year-old Yamaha upright--sounds and plays like new.

Jackson is a great piano tuner. He not only does that but always gives my baby grand a good cleaning. He even recommended a way to deal with the humidity of living in San Francisco. Hi highly recommend him!
