I initially posted what I thought I would need, and the video streaming aspect of my project was more complicated than what I had anticipated,& both photography and videography was required for what I was requesting.
This company contacted me immediately, shared their ideas on what the project would entail,& showed a definite understanding of the task and ability to get it done.
They also provided me with a quick estimate, and given that I had misunderstood the complexity of what I wanted and what it would require, the amount was quite reasonable.
It turns out that my event planner had not mentioned that they could provide the AV services I needed and that it was covered under the event planning fee I was already paying, so hiring another pro was no longer necessary.
As a result, I did not get to actually work with this company, so my rating and review is based on their service and professionalism. Their initial responsiveness, clear understanding of what was needed, and willingness to help me achieve my project, all made my experience hiring a pro here in Thumbtack much more pleasant.
