I recently attended this yoga class with Yan and it was really a positive experience. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming — exactly what you need when you’re just starting out on your yoga journey.

The session was perfectly paced for beginners. Yan never made anyone feel rushed or overwhelmed, breaking down each pose clearly and making sure everyone felt comfortable before moving on. I appreciated how approachable and patient she was throughout the entire practice — it really helped me feel at ease and build confidence on the mat.

What made this experience truly special was what happened after the class. Yan offered tea and invited everyone to stay for a casual chat which was completely voluntary. It turned into such a lovely little gathering where we shared our experiences and connected over the practice. It felt less like a fitness class and more like a community.

A few weeks ago, I did a private session with Rachel and came away really impressed :) Our session mixed flowing yoga with genuine strength elements, so it felt both grounding and challenging. she did the whole class with me, so it was easy to follow along. The music selection was a legit highlight for me. Would happily book again!!
