Introduction

I have a PhD in Physics and have been tutoring and teaching math, physics and related test prep for over ten years. I am available to tutor any level of math and physics from grade 8 through graduate-level. I also have extensive experience tutoring students with special needs, including ADD/ADHD, test-taking anxiety and ASD. When tutoring, my focus is on building an intuitive understanding of the material, not relying on rote memorization. I strongly believe that anyone can be good at math, it just takes practice, and the right tutor!

Arianna helped me prep for the gmats. Having not been in a testing situation in a long time she was able to change my perspective and coach me through the different questions on the gmat. I was able to get into my top choice grad school as a result of her tutoring. Have had a lot of tutors (especially in math and science) growing up and can say that Arianna has a great approach to ensuring she is speaking in a language I can relate and understand!
