I am a very strict vegan and therefore I was looking for someone to cater for my PhD graduation party. Luckily I found Ms Farrington and Vegetables Under Glass. Many times vegan food can be quite bland and lacking in variety. However, her dishes were phenomenal! She is very talented with flavors, presentation, and variety. My friends and colleagues would not have even known the food was vegan had I not told them. I'm absolutely 100% satisfied with the experience, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Oh, and you must have her make the vegan coconut ice cream for desert. To die for!

I've eaten Delta's vegan food over a period of 9 years at various potlucks and events. It's always been excellent quality and flavor. It's never been bland, overly spicy, or greasy and I've never been disappointed with her hospitality. The food and drink has always been the right temperature, consistency, and quantity. Equally important, Delta is very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable.

I've had the pleasure of eating food Delta has prepared at a number of occasions she catered for including some parties small and large. The quality of her food is superb, and her attention to taste and presentability are both excellent.

So far we have had eight vegan dinners prepared and delivered to our home. Each and all of the dinners were delicious and professionally presented. We like the fact that Delta worked closely with us to assure dinners accommodated our dietary constraints. We give her the highest rating possible and look forward to future meals.
