Founded in 2016, WENZELWERK launched the Northern California operations specializing in residential design and construction. We are experienced in all construction types and we strive to provide a tailored experience for our personal clients. We specialize in home design/renovation, but also partner with local professionals for structural, MEP, civil planning, Title 24 energy compliance, interior design, permitting, and bonded contractors. As a single-source studio, our services create a linear process from schematic design to substantial completion. Our scope of work and portfolio ranges from small scale remodels to custom ground-up programs. We look forward to the opportunity of building exceptional customer relationships, providing excellent design service, and work tirelessly to make each project an amazing experience.
