I ordered 4 doors and was told AMG was ready for installation. The installers arrived with one door and didnt know anything about the other 3 doors. I called the office and the lady said it was a mixup and they will schedule the other 3 when they were ready. Not a big problem since I have a day off during the week but would have been inconvenient if I had to take an extra day off work. The sliding door took about 4 hours and seemed good.The 3 other doors got installed. One was difficult with an uneven opening and I know it was more work than expected but they seemed skilled.I did notice a prehung door is carried upstairs by one person and was a lot of weight. One guy carried all that weight plus extra wood and just dropped the wood on my baseboard when he had to reposition the door to get around a corner going up the stairs. I would have appreciated less rushing and more care.In the picture you see they offer $25 for a 5 star review with a picture. I didnt know that they do this when I was doing my research and chose them. I could have played the game and just collected the money without the commentary but I think I would rather risk it and offering clarity is worth it. I may have given a 5 star review anyway but now I have to question everything I read.

Mike was great coming out to look at the door project and helping me with some of the options for our custom door. When it came to installation, there was a minor hiccup (thinking it came in as a wrong swing) but found it was correct. Joel had the door installed quickly and came out perfect. Couldn’t be more excited.
