- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t charge for travel, what I quote is the final price. A deposit is the most efficient way to secure a time slot since often I have more then one party that is looking for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the needs of the customer, the time and date. I explain what is included and how to put down a deposit to secure a time slot. I am available by phone to the customer if there are any questions or special requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep on top of latest trends, colors and best paints.
