Ian showed up on time and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He had my garagedoorrepaired, tuned up and working perfectly in less than an hour! And the final price came in a bit less than the original quote, which is always nice! Highly recommend Local GarageDoor Company!

Ian did a great job. He honored the coupon and lubed everything. He also fixed a loose wire and adjusted the sensors. He explained where my garagedoor and opener were failing, and gave me a quote for a new door and opener when I'm ready.

It was such a pleasure to work with this company. I was not expecting my garagedoor to fail me so soon. They came out immediately and gave me a great estimate as well as explaining the replacement completely. Ian was the technician and was fabulous explaining everything and very knowledgeable. Ian does quality work, is very professional, showed up on time both days and was very willing to work with my schedule. Removal of existing door one day and install another day as I requested. Hes a great guy and gave me some tips on some mountain bike trails around Lake Tahoe. Thank you Ian. I will refer you to anyone else I know looking for garagedoor replacement or repair. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Garage Doors pricing is based on the job (amount of work involved & materials needed). We send out a technician for an inspection so they can analyze what exactly needs to be done and how much it will cost. Then they will provide a detailed estimate on the job. If your particular job is a repair job, 99% of the time the technicians can do the work on the spot if you wanted to move forward with the estimate right away.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will inquires about garage door services. We will answer their questions and get them scheduled for an estimate. Upon completion of the estimate if a repair is needed and customer wants to proceed, 99% of the time we can do the repair right then on site. If customers estimate was for a new door they can proceed right away or take some time to think about it. That's the general process when working with Local Garage Doors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 generations of Garage Doors Careers before me and I have been in this industry my entire life. We also attend Garage Door Conventions to make sure we always have the latest and greatest products.
