- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm pretty good at estimating my TIME on a project and usually just charge a flat price..like a lawyer..except cheaper than a lawyer.lol
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what they need. And if asked, offer my opinion on such things as design.BUT in the end, my clients hire me expecting and receiving not just a "service, but timely and effective "results",
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually do. with the advent of "going green" now here, it is very clear that now we all have choices in both product and installation areas. I regularly go to Home Shows ( Vegas) to see what new products are coming..
