They also worked with our budget to an extent, which was appreciated. The entire job was handled by two guys—unfortunately, I can’t remember their names, but the main person (I believe his name was Ross or Russ) was wonderful to work with. He was kind, professional, and very attentive throughout the process. The second individual, whom we didn’t communicate with directly due to a language barrier, seemed visibly rude and unpleasant at times, which was unfortunate and the main reason for the 4-star rating. I’m not sure what the issue was, but thankfully, the main person we dealt with made up for it. Overall, they worked fast and delivered great results.
