Bobby R. says, "Great service and communication. Great results. Very timely. Bark and Build did a main bathroom renovation. We took an oversized and outdated bathroom and reduced its footprint, updated everything, added tile floor and a custom shower, installed new lights and fan, and painted. We also recovered a lot of space and got to add a kitchen nook and a bedroom closet with the room we took from the bathroom. The original estimate was 6 weeks and by the end of the 6 weeks basically everything was finished, except for a few touchups and finishing jobs. Communication with Miki was great during the estimate and design process. When Carlos and Luiz worked on site, we knew everything would get done with the utmost care and attention to detail. We added several change orders as the project went on. The updates were reasonable in price, and it was easy to request changes with the owners and to get their feedback on what kind of changes would make sense. There were a few hiccups with the permitting process. The fault was on the city's side and another builder who used the same architect. But any hitch in the process is annoying so be sure to work closely with the builders to ensure that the permits are submitted on time and paid correctly. The best part is how much ownership Carlos and Luiz took in the project. They worked overtime to get work done on time when it was necessary, and were great advocates for customer satisfaction and their accountability."See more
