I hired BL Paver to install artificial turf in my front yard and to add mulch with weed fabric in both my front and backyard. Overall, I’m satisfied with the artificial turf installation. It looks great and has really improved the appearance of my front yard. However, there were some issues with the rest of the project. The backyard was not properly cleaned up after the work was completed, and a pile of dirty rocks was left behind. When I reached out to them, they said they could handle the cleanup but would charge an additional fee. After some negotiation, they agreed to deduct $100 from the final payment instead. Additionally, in some areas of the front yard, the weed fabric was not installed as expected, which has resulted in a significant amount of weeds growing through. While the turf work met my expectations, I hope they can improve their attention to detail and post-project cleanup in the future.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Bruno and Monique from BL Pavers LLC to completely redesign and renovate our backyard, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They undertook a comprehensive project that included removing and demolishing our existing deck, fencing, and tile pavers, installing new pavers and artificial turf, and setting up new fencing. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Demolition and Removal:
Bruno and Monique began by expertly removing our old deck, fencing, and tile pavers. They handled this phase of the project with precision and efficiency, ensuring that the site was clean and ready for the next steps. The demolition was thorough, and they were meticulous in disposing of the old materials, leaving no mess behind.

Installation of Pavers and Artificial Turf:

We also wanted to mention that the scope they proposed was more than other vendors that is why the fees were higher - you get what you pay for! The quality of work and the level of professionalism demonstrated throughout the project justified the higher cost. We truly believe that the value we received far exceeded the investment.
