I have been working with Eric for about 6 years. The 1st year was the most intensive as I wanted to slim down and Eric devised a program that got the job done. I was able to drop the 20 lbs I wanted to and over the last 5 years I continue to be challenged to both maintain and build muscle. Eric’s vast experience as a trainer is easily seen as he always has some new and interesting addition twist to a workout. If anyone is looking for a trainer that will work with you to get the results you want, I recommend Eric.

Eric is absolutely amazing! My sister was trained by him before me and when I went for the first time, I had so much fun and felt stronger after just one session! Everytime I come home from college I am able to maintain staying in shape for when I go back to school to play water polo, but also get stronger.

I have been training with Eric for 7 years now. Time flies when you are having fun I guess. The main reason I have stayed with him as my trainer is not just because his knowledge and work alone. I get the results I want and love that. I get the push. But in general he makes the gym fun for me. The workouts suck but because he has his ways to make me laugh throughout the entire workout it makes me not hate the gym or working out as much. It makes me actually excited to go. And that’s why I recommend him to all my peers. 🙌

Eric is a great personaltrainer. He helped push me physically and also helped craft an appropriate diet to reach my fitness goals. He just also happens to be a great personal as well!

I was pretty nervous getting back into the gym after some time away, but working with Eric made that transition so much easier.
From day one, he created an environment that felt comfortable, supportive, and completely judgment-free. He met me where I was at, while still pushing me in a way that helped rebuild my confidence quickly.
Within a few weeks, I was not only feeling better about myself, but actually excited to show up. Can’t recommend him enough if you’re struggling to get back into a routine.

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we find a time that works for the both of us we have our introductory session. An opportunity for the prospective client to come in, meet me and see the space and for me to see how they move and where they’re currently at. After that it’s time to create a dedicated plan specifically for them and hit the ground running for their first personalized session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications through NASM and ACE as well as having studied anatomy and physiology in college whilst going through the Fire Academy.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for training started as a highschool athlete. Early on I realized the importance of a dedicated training program whether I was recovering from injury and trying to achieve a specific goal before a season started. I also recognized the ability a good trainer has to affect change in a community.
